Jariah Russell and Kennadi Johnson win MISAL Awards

Southern Maryland HEAT players Jariah Russell (middle), Kennadi Johnson (right) and Kayla James (left) won awards in the MISAL Conference. Johnson and Russell won 1st team All-Conference. James won 2nd team All-Confernece. Russell also won Co-MVP of the MISAL Conference
